Special session began on May 13 and is slated to end on June 13, and it is likely that a compromise on the operating, capital, and transportation budgets will not have been reached by that time. Their insurance does not cover a wheelchair. Once the request went out, an offer was made for a donation then another was made soon there will be enough for a new one.
