Your comment will be emailed directly to the Federal Register, and if submitted by May 28, will also be included in the PRC submissions. If you submit after May 28, but before the June 22 Federal Register deadline, your voice will still be heard! It won’t be submitted to the PRC, only USPS, but it’s still very much worth doing!
