Extension of COVID Kitting MOU

Please see the attached MOU regarding the extension of the COVID-19 Test Kit fulfilment pilot. It has been agreed to continue kitting in 23 sites around the country. This has been an extremely successful pilot for us and we have proven we can and willing to do fulfilment for any organization who needs fulfilment done.

The MOU was negotiated hand in hand with the Clerk Division. This extension comes with an improvement for the PSEs hired for what has come to be known as “kitting”. PSEs hired under the “kitting” occupational code will be guaranteed 20 hours a week of work or pay.. Clerk Division Director Lamont Brooks spearheaded the negotiations on the making this improvement and should be credited for his hard work on this issue.

Should there be any questions on the MOU and its implementation, I request that those inquiries be directed to Director Brooks who has been handling the questions from the beginning of the pilot.
