These documents will be sent out to the field starting Monday, but I advise you to send out ASAP to get this pushed out to the field quickly so employees can do what they need to do to set up their MFA and be able to utilize the employee apps as they see fit.
President Dimondstein and I have been in communications on the denial of pay advances to the employees who lost pay and the messaging yesterday that if an employee’s funds are not recovered, that they will not pay the employee at all for the lost funds. We are still discussing this issue but I can assure you that we do not agree with nor support the Postal Service’s position. As we take additional steps, we will keep you informed.
