District is tracking supplies and who has or needs social distancing barriers

Working on placing plexiglass between retail window stations, 350 plexiglasses to be received from HQ
Since Detroit is getting hit hard with Covid-19, mail is being diverted to Des Moines. We are calling on all mail containers (APCs, etc) to be disinfected prior to entering our buildings
Please don’t drink out of the water fountains, only use for filling bottles – need signs/safety talk?
