Below is a good guide on explaining to people the backpay issue in a nutshell.
I will be emailing to all of you a list of your employee(s) affected by a glitch in the system. If you have other employees that state they have not received the retro backpay properly, we will need a full copy of their payroll Statement for Sept. 4th from Lite blue. This should include any adjustment pages. Keep in mind that there may be as many as 11 separate adjustment pages for that pay period alone. Possibly more if an employee changed pay levels within the specified time frame.
I will be working all day on separating out the names, so please be patient.

I have been in contact with the USPS on the issues about the retro active pay. We understand some people did not receive the retro pay. I am working to get an list of the employees and the locals they belong to so that we can notify the Coordinators, the NBAs, and the Local Presidents. As we continue to learn more we will share the information with you.
In other clarifications. Our CBA went into effect on SEPTEMBER 21, 2018 so we have said the "retro" period started on September 20, 2018. Please note that from that date until November 23, 2018--no money was owed as pay raises had not gone into effect. The first pay raise did not go into effect until November 24, 2018--Pay Period 25 2018. (wna https://apwu.org/news/payment-retroactive-pay-increases) We will continue to provide updates as we get more information.
