COVID KItting MOU Extension and Additional Function 1 Staffing (Conversions)

Please see the attached MOUs that were agreed upon and signed today. The COVID 19 Kitting MOU has been extended for COVID-19 test kit order fulfillment in 25 sites. The sites are attached to the MOU. The Biden administration has recently offered 8 tests to each household and currently the Postal Service has over 14 million orders to pack and ship. We have proven that we can do fulfillment work and we have done it well.
In addition to the Kitting MOU, it was also agreed to convert additional PSEs to career states in the installations to which the Kitting sites (PSAs) belong to plus an additional 6 installations for a total of 457 PSE conversions in 31 installations. These conversions are over and above conversions under the Residual MOU an 24-month processes.
