This is a public Facebook Page dedicated to Postal Customers. The regulation process for the USPS is so complex many people have no idea how to share their concerns and experiences with Postal Leaders or engage in the Public Comment period when big decisions are being considered. This Facebook page can provide a central repository for customers to engage in the process sharing their experiences as new policies are implemented. It is hoped that individuals and businesses of all sizes use this page to share their stories; anything from late delivery of medications, fees assessed due to late payments, higher prices for stamps and services-however changes in Postal Policy have affected them. Testimonials will be shared in our upcoming customer Rally, July 28th at the Main Post Office in Des Moines IA 1165 2nd Ave. In addition this page will be shared with the media, Postal Leaders, and the Postal Board of Governors and serve as an evolving snapshot of how Postal Policy changes are perceived by the public and working across the country. Please share the link with your networks and let's give voice to customer concerns.
This page will also be used to notify followers of future proposed changes. It is believed that Universal Service will be restored to everyone by providing the public with a place to engage productively in the regulatory process.
