Attention All PTF Clerks and PSEs
There was a system issue with the eReassign clerk canvass that opened on September 1, 2026.
A small number of employees may not have been able to enter canvass requests into eReassign because the supervisor field would not populate. This issue will be resolved by 6:00am CST Saturday, September 5, 2026.
If you could not enter a request, please submit the request after the resolution time through normal canvass close on September 10, 2026.
If you have already entered a request, there is no action to take. Your request will remain in the system.
The canvassing will be awarded based on career seniority date/non-career relative standing dates and preference numbers.
